Code (§1-909.04(c), the District of Columbia Retirement Board (DCRB) provides members with a summary of the annual report for the District of Columbia Police Officers and Firefighters’ Retirement Plan and the District of Columbia Teachers’ Retirement Plan (the Plans) each fiscal year.
