Darrick O. Ross Chairman, District of Columbia Retirement Board Mr. Ross began his service with the DC Retirement Board in 1999, and is now in his third term as the elected Active Police Officer Trustee. Mr. Ross is Parliamentarian of the Board and Vice Chair of the Strategic Planning and Policy Committee. He is also a member of the Investment Committee and the Operations Committee. He has been a member of the Metropolitan Police Department for the past sixteen years, and currently holds the rank of Sergeant. He is also a member of the Fraternal Order of Police Labor Committee.
